Good morning, AABBI Innkeepers.

I know there are a number of our members that have their inns listed for sale or, if not formally listed, would like to solicit inquiries from interested buyers.

During the past six months that our new website has been operating, we have had a number of members of the public register as users of our site who have listed themselves as potential B&B buyers.

I'd like to match these two groups by creating an Inns for Sale section on the AABBI website.  If you wish to list your inn as For Sale on AABBI's site, simply provide the following basic information Karen McClurg, AABBI's Administrator:

• The name of your inn (which we will link to your website);
• The name of the appropriate contact (owner, realtor or other);
• The telephone number and/or e-mail address of that contact;
• MLS # (optional)
• Listing price (optional)
• Short comments or important notes (optional)

It will be the innkeeper's responsibility to submit updates and corrections to Karen as needed, so please check your listing periodically.

While we are always saddened at the prospect of a member selling their inn, we know it's a very personal and difficult decision.  We hope that maintaining this listing will be a helpful tool to advertise your sale.
