MENU: Guests have the choice of one of the following entrees: Braised Pork Shanks-Fall off the bone tender orange glazed pork shank served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Chicken Alfredo-Fettuccini topped with alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, artichoke hearts and asparagus. Pear Salad-Crisps salad greens, fresh bruled pear, candied walnuts, cranberries served with cranberry vinaigrette. Salmon-Served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. All meat meals start with fresh salad with cranberry basil dressing. Those choosing salad will start with soup.
